"Aleksandrovsky" factory

Renovation of a former industrial complex in the central part of Petrozavodsk city. Construction of new residential quarters and urban infrastructure in place of outdated buildings with no historical value and preservation of historical industrial architecture of the 19th century.

ECO house

Individual house in the suburbs of Petrozavodsk city, Russia. The house is designed specifically for the region of Karelia, taking into account the climatic characteristics and using elements of traditional houses of Karelia. The house is built from natural materials, mostly wood. Engineering support is fully autonomous, using solar panels and air heat pumps for heating. The use of innovative technologies allows to achieve maximum energy savings and comfort and minimum environmental damage.
