"Aleksandrovsky" factory

Renovation of a former industrial complex in the central part of Petrozavodsk. Construction of new residential quarters and urban infrastructure in place of outdated buildings with no historical value and preservation of historical industrial architecture of the 19th century.

 

Laureate of the international competition for the best concept of multifunctional complex “Aleksandrovsky factory” the goal of which was to create the concept of social, business and residential development of municipal significance in the historic center of Petrozavodsk city. Project was developed in collaboration with architects and developers from “Eagle Group International” and “Laitila Architects”, (Kotka, Finland)
